Q; Are Credit Cards accepted?

A;  All extra costs made on board the Cabo Escape Catamaran, can be paid with your MASTER/VISA CARD directly on board (a 3.0% surcharge will apply at check in or on line).

Q; Little sailors and small children on-board Cabo Escape OK?

A; We love children and they are very welcome for your Family Cruises! If snorkeling for smaller children 6 and under you may consider to bring along some age appropriate own well fitting mask, snorkel and life jacket (for playing in the water). Please understand that the crew cannot be responsible as a babysitter during your Family Cruises but will do their best to entertain and include in activities.

Q; Are wheelchairs and strollers allowed?

A; Yes

Q; Is fishing permitted off the Cabo Escape ?

A; During all day tours no fishing allowed. Private charters we will assist and arrange set it up offshore fishing only   no sportfishing.
Q; Should we pack our own snorkel or SCUBA gear?

A; we provide you with it all! Cabo Escape offers all masks, snorkels, and fins for your Snorkeling and Diving. For divers, we have regulators, BCD’s, short suites and weights available as well. Storage space is limited on Cabo Escape.

Q; What is provided for us on-board Cabo Escape ?

A; We provide full lunch buffet and dinner depending on the tour open national bar on all tours. Top shelf and premium bar additional charge. Snorkel tours we provide all snorkel gear * towels available for purchase

Q; What’s the SUNSET FAJITA DINNER CRUISE dress code?

A; Dress code is for the fajita dinner cruise mens no tank tops /sleeveless shirts. During the winter season it’s a good idea to pack an additional light sweater or a windbreaker.

Q;  Where is my Port/Dock of boarding and meet?

A;  We meet at dock “0” ZERO on the marina behind hacienda hotel
Q; Do I need  to sign a Waiver sheet?

A; Yes we will ask and require an e-mail and a phone number.

Q; Will my cell phone work on board?

A; Yes

Q; How do I hand gratuity over to the Catamaran crew and how much is appropriate?

A; Tips are welcomed and you may tip as you seem fit for the service
